Psychological Test + Parkour Challenge Inspire Colleagues to Invest in ESG Initiatives
The warm-up program "Discover Your True Calling in ESG" was devised to inspire colleagues to delve into the connection between their individual traits and sustainable practices. This quiz integrates the essence of TSMC's five core ESG directions, drawing from psychological frameworks such as MBTI and the Enneagram model. Through 12 situational questions under the overarching theme of "Adventure", it enables participants to gain insights into their characteristics and identify their unique roles as a sustainability hero. By fostering ESG dialogues among colleagues, this initiative culminates in inviting like-minded individuals to register for the fifth TSMC ESG AWARD. Simultaneously, the "ESG Parkour" warm-up program allows participants to embody the persona of An An, navigating a virtual sustainable city to collect props and gold coins. By engaging with TSMC's internal ESG learning resources, such as the ESG AWARD, ESG Academy, ESG database, and related activities, participants can enhance their understanding of sustainability while winning Eco-badge Holder and accruing ESG Points rewards. Over one month, this endeavor has reached a remarkable total of 138,417 parkour experiences, underscoring colleagues' enthusiasm and catalyzing a diverse spectrum of learning opportunities.
The “True Calling in ESG” activity conducts personality trait assessments in a game-like format, assigning participants different roles and encouraging them to find collaborators. It incorporates many innovative elements, and it's a breath of fresh air.
