TSMC is committed to building a green circular resource system by promoting source separation and waste reduction, increasing in-factory resource recovery, and partnering with suppliers to achieve "minimal waste generation, maximal resource reuse, and optimal supplier management" to make innovations in resource value.
Air Pollution Control
TSMC strives to minimize air pollutant emissions by adopting multi-stage treatment technologies, including source separation and terminal control treatment. We enhance control equipment efficiency and pre-treat process exhaust gases, reducing pollutants and fulfilling our commitment to an environmentally friendly future.
