TSMC Breaks Record by Recruiting over 3,500 New Blood in Half of a Year through Various Recruitment Channels

With the expectation of being an attractive employer, TSMC creates a challenging, fun and inclusive workplace with higher-than-standards practices in safety, health, and human rights. In 2020, TSMC was recognized as one of the “World’s best employers” by Forbes, and was the “Most Admired Company for Young Generation” in Taiwan in a survey made by the Cheers Magazine for the fourth time. In order to meet growing demand for technology development and business expansion, TSMC has expanded its recruitment campaign since July of 2019, and successfully broke record by recruiting more than 3,500 new talents within six months through various recruiting channels and communication platforms.

With diverse recruiting and communication channels, TSMC attracted over 3,500 new bloods with shared value to join big TSMC family in the second half of 2019. The new hires of the whole year reached 5,087 globally, setting a new record in recent years.
